Organic Facial Treatment (Two Days)

This course provides both theoretical and practical knowledge of facial and skincare treatments using organic, plant-based, and handmade skincare products that are designed with sustainability, environmental awareness, and personal well-being in mind.

The course is an excellent complement for those who are already trained as body therapists, as well as for anyone interested in learning something new.

The course also provides knowledge about ecology and the relationship between nature, animals, and people, together with theoretical knowledge of the skin, skincare, and skincare products made from raw plant-based ingredients.

During the course, we use organic botanical ingredients such as argan oil, organic essential oils, rhassoul and green clay, and more.

— The skin is the body's largest organ, and the substances we come into contact with every day can affect us. Protecting your skin from environmental factors, air pollution, screen exposure, cold, and heat is important. By using traditional, plant-based, and nutrient-rich skincare products, we can support healthy-looking skin and overall well-being.

  • What is ecology?
  • Skin anatomy
  • The structure of the skin and its functions from both conventional and complementary perspectives
  • Different skin types and their individual needs
  • Knowledge of organic essential oils and their functions
  • Knowledge of organic vegetable oils and their functions
  • What is hydrosol (hydrolat)?
  • Organic facial treatment techniques
  • Blending facial cleansers, herbal exfoliants, green clay masks, and organic facial oils

Price: SEK 2,400 (excluding VAT), of which SEK 1,000 is a registration fee. (Two-day course including course materials, maximum 8 students.)

Make Your Own Organic Skincare Products Using Plant-Based Ingredients (One Day)

This course provides both theoretical and practical knowledge of natural, organic, plant-based skincare products tailored to individual needs, with a focus on sustainability and well-being.

The course is an excellent complement for anyone who is already trained as a skincare or body therapist.

Do you experience dry skin, eczema, or psoriasis? This course may be particularly useful for you. If you are a skincare therapist, the course will give you a better understanding of how you can support your clients using organic, plant-based skincare products, essential oils, hydrosols, and more.

Our face is constantly exposed to environmental factors such as sunlight, cold, electronic screen exposure, and various pollutants. Learning how to create your own skincare products and understanding which plant-based oils may be suitable for different skin types and individual needs can help support healthy-looking skin and overall well-being.

Ayurvedic Spa Treatment (Two Days)

This course provides both theoretical and practical knowledge of facial and body treatments with a focus on sustainable practices for both the environment and personal well-being.

The course is an excellent complement for trained body therapists who want to develop their skills and knowledge in using organic vegetable oils together with essential oils selected according to their clients' individual skin needs.

The course provides a deeper understanding of how to support clients in caring for their skin in relation to environmental factors such as pollution, environmental stressors, air pollution, sunlight, screen exposure, cold, and heat.

We will also cover lymphatic drainage techniques designed to support the body's natural lymphatic processes.

If you are already a trained skincare therapist, you will learn more about how to encourage your clients to support healthy skin and overall well-being through the use of plant-based oils and skincare products.

Himalayan pink salt will be used during the treatment as part of the course's approach to supporting digestive and intestinal well-being.

Essential oils, such as lavender, have traditionally been used in aromatherapy for their calming and relaxing properties and may help create a sense of balance between body and mind.
